CMM/CMMI Assessments

RCG IT’s enterprise-wide SEI (Software Engineering Institute) CMM^® (Capability Maturity Model^®) assessment validates our disciplined project delivery mechanism for IT projects and solutions.  Companies assessed at CMM have established a reliable and repeatable software engineering process through the institution of rigorous project management controls of commitments, costs, schedules and changes.

The significant aspect of this achievement is the enterprise-wide scope of the assessment, including all of RCG IT solutions and geographic locations. Only a fraction of companies certified for CMM compliance have achieved certification enterprise-wide.

RCG IT Philippines is assessed at the highest level of CMMI^® (Capability Maturity Model^® Integration) at Level 5. RCG IT Philippines' assessment was based on the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI^SM) and was undertaken by the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) India Limited. QAI has assisted companies such as Lucent Bell Labs, Oracle IDC, HCL Infosystems and Sony Software with implementing SEI-CMM frameworks.
